Web Developer

Energetic and self-motivated developer sought for mid-sized agency in the Midwest. This individual should be immersed in the world of interactive media, the latest tech trends and development methodologies. Primary responsibilities of this individual will be to work with the digital marketing team to collaborate, develop and deploy digital marketing elements such as websites, email marketing materials, social applications and mobile applications. This individual will need to have the ability to examine a set of technical requirements, perform proper planning and fulfill those requirements using a combination of best practices and innovation to produce solid user experiences. Other responsibilities include the ability to effectively communicate project-related information to team members and/or the client and maintain a constant standard of quality on each and every piece we create.

Qualifications:

html, Javascript, CSS, PHP, XML and Actionscript

Experience with an interactive advertising or marketing team

Knowledge of Web analytics and monitoring

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Solid organizational skills

Non-Required Aptitudes:

Experience with major social media entities such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, StumbleUpon, etc.

Flash game development

Database experience

CMS integration and development

Any additional programming languages, platforms or development tools.
